In 2010 Natalie contributed to academia by developing a Masters in Coaching. I researched and collaborated to develop a two year program with 8 classroom modules of 40 hours (320 classroom hours) plus 48 hours of personal development. This was based on research but has not been published, however, the legacy of developing a Master’s program that is sustainable and was one of only 10 Masters in Coaching worldwide at the time of development shows an appreciation of academic rigour. I also marketed the program, developed the financial model for program and sourced faculty and managed the program. |
